        "content_html": "<p>I’m thinking of starting a practice of jotting down <strong>Daily Focus Beats</strong> and <strong>Weekly Reflect Beats</strong> using the <a href=\"https://doingtodone.com/\">Doing to Done</a> framework. I’ll try this as an experiment for the next two weeks.</p>\n<p><strong>A few things to note:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aim for one small win</li>\n<li>One thing I’m grateful for</li>\n<li>One thing I learned today — the key here is “I learned”, not something I’m writing just to share</li>\n<li>Any additional thoughts I want to capture or good things I want to share</li>\n<li>Possibly add a photo at the end</li>\n</ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Here&rsquo;s yesterday&rsquo;s (1st Apr) Tiny Reflections:</strong></p>\n<p>🏆 Daily Win: Decided to hit 10K steps for 30 days. I’ve been doing it for the past few days, and I’m slowly getting into the routine.</p>\n<p>💝 Gratitude: My home treadmill.</p>\n<p>👨‍🎓 Learning: When I’m emotionally drained and stressed, I tend to turn to my comfort food of choice — pizza.</p>\n<p>🕊️ Thoughts: I’m trying this tiny experiment to journal a bit more and spend less time doomscrolling. This reflection format seems to work well for me — it’s quick and easy. I can also share it if I want. The focus of this daily reflection is to notice the good things happening around me and prime myself to keep noticing them.</p>\n",
