      <title>Tiny Experiment for April 2026 - Tiny Reflections</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I’m thinking of starting a practice of jotting down &lt;strong&gt;Daily Focus Beats&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Weekly Reflect Beats&lt;/strong&gt; using the &lt;a href=&#34;https://doingtodone.com/&#34;&gt;Doing to Done&lt;/a&gt; framework. I’ll try this as an experiment for the next two weeks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to note:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aim for one small win&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;One thing I’m grateful for&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;One thing I learned today — the key here is “I learned”, not something I’m writing just to share&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any additional thoughts I want to capture or good things I want to share&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possibly add a photo at the end&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here&amp;rsquo;s yesterday&amp;rsquo;s (1st Apr) Tiny Reflections:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;🏆 Daily Win: Decided to hit 10K steps for 30 days. I’ve been doing it for the past few days, and I’m slowly getting into the routine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;💝 Gratitude: My home treadmill.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;👨‍🎓 Learning: When I’m emotionally drained and stressed, I tend to turn to my comfort food of choice — pizza.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;🕊️ Thoughts: I’m trying this tiny experiment to journal a bit more and spend less time doomscrolling. This reflection format seems to work well for me — it’s quick and easy. I can also share it if I want. The focus of this daily reflection is to notice the good things happening around me and prime myself to keep noticing them.&lt;/p&gt;
