After a week of rain and cold weather, the sun finally came out in Warrington today. I headed out for a long walk, even with my right ear feeling blocked. It was actually quite refreshing to walk without earphones, just taking in the ambient noise and the sounds of the world around me.

Two and half hours of Cenk & Tucker. Just Wow!

Top 5 things I want to focus on for February:

• Move for 45 mins
• Eat Clean
• Sleep for at least 6 hrs
• Read at least for 5 mins
• Journal at least for 5 mins

Recuperating from all the travels. I think I will need at least a week to get back on my feet. 🛬

1-Dec-25 - I have found this bracelet gifted to me by the wife which I thought was lost. This was the highlight of my day.

I’m feeling a bit low today and in need of something to pick-me-up!

I was having a conversation with Headspace AI (Ebb) about feeling stressed by work deadlines and personal commitments. It suggested I do one thing every day just for myself. I like that idea and am planning to do one small thing for 30 days. Today, I did a 5-minute meditation. It felt great!

I’m so glad Zohran won against the Democratic War Machine and the Genocide Enablers. But, Politics is a dirty game between Morality and Legality. I’m sceptical the “System” will let him do what he wants to do if he wins the Mayorship.

I’m looking forward to re-jigging my daily workflow and maybe restarting (micro)blogging.

I’m so distracted today that the entire day feels like a waste.

Late evening walk.

Yesterday, we went for an afternoon stroll around Lymm Dam. Sound bathed, had good coffee and ate delicious biscoff ice cream.

Late night walk. It was peaceful and good to be out and about after a long day of sitting.

A slow start to the Bank Holiday weekend. I’m just doing household chores, as one does on a Saturday afternoon.

I bought this book upon YouTuber and Productivity Teacher Carl Pullein’s recommendation. This first edition was published in 1994, and the concepts still hold true in today’s digital age. I’m excited to read it.

Reform UK’s win in the Runcorn by-election was expected, but I didn’t think they would win it by just 6 votes. I was expecting them for a clean sweep. Labour needs to get its act together.

I hope to get back on blogging. As a tiny experiment, I want to post a sentence or two every day for 30 days and possibly include a photo as well. Wish me luck!
