Restarting my fitness journey with my Fitbit Flex 2. I threw it in the my junk drawer few months back and I think its about time I pick it up again. I’m targetting 10K steps but I’m happy to hit between 7K-8K steps a day for the next two weeks.
Went for a good half hour walk after work.
I’m liking my Bullet Journal and look forward to trying it out for this month.
Most importantly, I lost a kilo as part of my No Takeaway Challenge in February 2021.
