It's March and I'm Marching into 36

March means a lot to me. My birthday and my wedding anniversary is in March. There’s a lot to look forward to and reflect upon in this month.

Inspired from fellow microblogger, Gaby, I thought why not jot down some of my intentions and practices I want to incorporate this month:

  • Restart & stick with the Bullet Journal.
  • Any form of exercise for 30 minutes, three times a week.
  • Read for 30 minutes, preferably in the morning.
  • Meditate for 10 minutes.
  • One page of longhand writing before bed.
  • Brush my teeth after dinner.

Let’s see how I did after 30 days.
