A good evening walk with the wife.

Pick-me-up Flowers
I slow jogged for 2 miles in around 38 mins. Not bad! 🏃🏽♂️ I used Nike Run Club app and it was so different. The last time I used the app was around 2013 or something.
Today I went for an hour long walk/slow-jogging and it was incredible.
I just created my first Zettelkasten note and really excited about its potential.
Finally, I have found how to schedule blog posts on Write.as and it doesn’t have to be that difficult.
I just finished & submitted the UK Census 2021 form. Woohoo!
I’m absolutely addicted to this track titled Enjoy Enjaami. Everything is just perfect.
Dhee, Arivu, Music, Lyrics, Choreography, Cinematography etc etc.
As a Tamil, this gives me chills and thrills. The gist of this song is Celebration of Humanity and Mother Nature.

Today I deleted Instagram from my iPhone. What am I going to do for my dopamine hit? I suppose it is going to be my Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle app.

Restarting my fitness journey with my Fitbit Flex 2. I threw it in the my junk drawer few months back and I think its about time I pick it up again. I’m targetting 10K steps but I’m happy to hit between 7K-8K steps a day for the next two weeks.
Went for a good half hour walk after work.
I’m liking my Bullet Journal and look forward to trying it out for this month.
Most importantly, I lost a kilo as part of my No Takeaway Challenge in February 2021.
March means a lot to me. My birthday and my wedding anniversary is in March. There’s a lot to look forward to and reflect upon in this month.
Inspired from fellow microblogger, Gaby, I thought why not jot down some of my intentions and practices I want to incorporate this month:
