I did not realise I still got Evernote Premium until Jan 2023. What do I do now? Switch from Obsidian / Standard Notes to Evernote.

I’m starting a 4-week fitness challenge to kickstart my weight loss journey. The first thing to sort out is my diet. I’m looking forward to my measurement after the end of August.

I have been trying out Intermittent Fasting for the past few days. I think I’m comfortable with 13 hours fast now. However, I will continue until the end of August. Then, increase the fasting hours to 14 hours.

I got an email today from Amazon Prime that they are rising their subscription charges from £79 to £95 after 15th September 2022.
